"Dentistry is my passion and I believe if you do anything with passion, you will enjoy what you do. I enjoy dentistry and I enjoy connecting with my patients. This makes me get up feeling excited to start my day.
After planning for more than a year, I finally decided to open the practice of my dreams in 2018 where I could practice dentistry the way I want and could make smiles affordable to my patients. Our practice motto is to provide excellent customer service, comfort, and make healthy smiles affordable to all. Due to our commitment to provide quality dentistry and exceptional customer services, we have been voted Best Dental in Elk Grove for year 2019, 2020 and 2021. We are also the highest rated office on Google in elk Grove.
After 4 years of serving Elk Grove community, we decided to expand and open our 2nd location in Lodi. We have many patients, including our valued senior citizens, who commute from Stockton, Lodi and Galt. We wanted to be more easily accessible to all our patients and provide same quality dentistry in Lodi.

Pritpal Gill, DDS
Managing Dentist
Dr. Pritpal Gill is a distinguished dentist, honored as Elk Grove's Best Dentist for four consecutive years: 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Gill has been committed to delivering outstanding dental care since 2010. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University (NYU), graduating with Honors in Implantology in 2016. Prior to relocating to the United States, Dr. Gill practiced as an Associate Dentist in India for two years after obtaining his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from one of India’s top dental schools in 2010.
Dr. Gill’s dedication to advancing the field of dentistry extends well beyond patient care. He completed a year-long dental research program at NYU, where he earned a Graduate Certificate in Dental Clinical Research. He also served as a Research Associate at NYU’s Bluestone Center for Clinical Research, contributing to numerous NIH-funded studies.
As a passionate advocate for evidence-based dental practices, Dr. Gill believes that continual learning is vital for all medical professionals. He strives to integrate the latest research and innovations into his practice, ensuring that his patients receive the most up-to-date care available. His educational journey is ongoing, as he remains committed to staying at the cutting edge of dental advancements.
In addition to his career in dentistry, Dr. Gill proudly served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve, further demonstrating his commitment to both his profession and his country.
Dr. Gill is known for his compassionate approach and exceptional communication skills. He takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options, ensuring his patients are informed and confident in their care. His dedication to restoring smiles and improving his patients' quality of life is evident in every aspect of his practice.
When he's not in the office Dr. Gill enjoys spending time with his wife, Satlin, and their two sons, Samvir and Ridhay. He also enjoys outdoor activities and staying informed on current events.

Pallavi Sharma, DMD
Associate Dentist
Dr. Sharma graduated from Western University Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She has been in the dental field for more than 10 years and has been with Oak Tree Dentistry for almost a year! She is an active member of CDA and been volunteering with Healing California and California Care Force.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking and going to the ocean.
Dr. Sharma is passionate about taking care of her patients. She takes the time to explain the process and what they need and answer any questions they have.
Dr Rajesh Dogra, DDS
Dr. Dogra has been practicing dentistry since 2008. He graduated with (BDS) Bachelors in Dental Surgery from a prestigious Himachal Dental College in India. After practicing in India for over 5 years in his private dental office, he moved to US in 2016. He earned his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from Moldova State University of Medicine and became a licensed dentist. He joined Oak Tree Dentistry's Elk Grove office in 2021 as a part time dentist and became full time in 2022. He is very thorough, precise and likes to explain the treatment plans in depth to his patients.
In his free time, he likes to spend time with his wife and 4 1/2 year old daughter.

Kimberley Buckingham
Office Manager
I have been in the dental industry since 2007. I really enjoy working with my patients on all levels and developing unique relationships with them. Over the years, many have become like extended family. Most people tell me “I’m scared of the dentist” and I do my very best to make that a thing of the past and alleviate the fear.
When I am not working, I love to read and have my kindle with me always. I have 1 very spoiled dog, named Wally. He was a rescue and has been with us since last Christmas Eve. He is 3 and when I am not at work, I enjoy spoiling him rotten. My favorite TV shows are Chicago Fire and all crime mystery shows and Big Bang Theory.
I have always had a passion for working with people and being a part of Oak Tree Dentistry allows me the chance to do what I do best, which is making people feel welcome and comfortable here at our family practice. We look forward to meeting you and taking care of you, your family and friends.

Originally from Berkeley, California but raised in Richmond Arshjot who also goes by Arsh attended Carrington College in Sacramento, California where she obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys educating patients, promoting awareness of their oral health, and providing the tools needed for their individualized oral health needs. Her philosophy and approach to Dental Hygiene is to help encourage patients to find the best home care techniques that suit their individual needs and lifestyle. She strives on having a non judgmental, relaxed and friendly environment where patients can feel at peace during their dental appointment. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and being a dog mom to her German Rottweiler.
